As an academic I have worked within Higher Education in the UK, USA and SE Asia teaching design.

I am visiting lecturer at the Royal Collage of Art (RCA) where I lecturer in Design Operations as part of the Service Design Master program.

I developed the first BFA and MFA in Service Design in the USA at Savannah College of Art and Design.

I have created ground breaking undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Human Centred Design, Product Design, Experience Design, Service Design Innovation and Design Management.
